Section 1
Reservation & Cancellation
All reservations require a valid credit card guarantee. Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to arrival will not incur any charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged for one night's stay plus applicable taxes.
Section 2
Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). A pre-authorization will be taken upon check-in for incidentals. Full payment is required upon check-out.
Section 3
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms; a $250 cleaning fee will be charged for violation. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Section 4
Liability
Barcelona Hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. We provide in-room safes for valuable items. Use of hotel facilities is at guest's own risk.

We collect personal information for reservation purposes only. Your information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
